BETTE MIDLER NY RESTORATION BENEFIT

Chicago's very own Rick Bayless was tapped as the chef to prepare a sumptuous meal for about 900 guests at Bette Midler's NY Restoration benefit dinner. Chef Bayless tweeted:

The New York Restoration project established by Bette Midler in 1995 aims to help restore the landscape of the city parks in different boroughs within the NYC area. Congrats to Chef Bayless and his hardworking staff!

 Jason Binn of Niche Media along with event designer to the stars Colin Cowie hosted a lavish "Welcome back to NYC" party for the newlyweds(Kris Humphries & Kim Kardashian). Guests in attendance included: Desiree Gruber(Publicist) & Kyle McLachlan, Simon Huck & Jonathan Cheban(publicists), jewelry designers Lorraine Schwartz and Jacob Arabo fka "Jacob the Jeweler" E! production crew.

In another part of town Essenceonline fashion editor Zandile Blay hosted a NYFW kickoff dinner and Justin Timberlake played the keyboards and sang a tune at his restaurant Southern Hospitality.
