GAGA'S WORKSHOP PARTY BARNEY'S NEW YORK



Lady Gaga in partnership with Barneys New York and Nicholas Formichetti held a party to fete the opening of Gaga's workshop the vision of this venture came to life with the creative artistry of Eli Sudbrack and Christophe Hamaide Pierson of AssumeVividAstroFocus (AVAF)
DJ White Shadow and DJ Starlight provided beats for the guests in attendance
The workshop will sell everything from jewelry, accessories, cosmetics to vinyl and 20% of proceeds will benefit the Born This Way Foundation

THREE HEART BEATS JEWELRY CHICAGO LAUNCH

Malaysia Pargo mother of three and wife of Chicago Bulls basketball player Jannero Pargo hosted a launch party Friday night(11.11.11) for her Three Beats Jewelry line in collaboration with Jason of Beverly Hills. Three beats jewelry are custom designed jewelry for children and parents looking to indulge their kids.  The event was hosted at the W City Center Chicago and sponsored by Grey Goose vodka and WAVA Media, portion of proceeds will benefit the Watts Boys & Girls Club.
Guests at the launch party included: Tia Dantzler(Expert Celeb makeup artist), Jerry Azumah (A.S.A.P Foundation), Cameka Smith, Audrey Griffin, Crystal Peters, Garret Wolfe and many more

Jason of Beverly Hills was the designer and manufacturer of the 2010 NBA Championship rings.

University of Illinois Urbana Champaign beat out several schools to win the Victoria Secret PINK Collegiate showdown. Model Chanel Iman and Elsa Hosk. Kid Cudi and Girl Talk performed for the 6,000 students.

Common was the man of the moment this October in Chicago, first a party sponsored by Moët to celebrate his book "One Day It'll All Make Sense" now a cover party hosted by Michigan Avenue Magazine and Belvedere Vodka at the new Ian Schrager PUBLIC Hotel. Guests enjoyed signature cocktails made with Belvedere vodka and noshed on apps from the pump room kitched headed by chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten.

The First Chicago Beach Polo event galluped(ha!) into Chicago this past weekend and I must say It was a spectacular weekend. They kicked it off with a press and VIP party at Crimson Lounge at the Sax Hotel Friday night and culminated with a grand celebratory bash Sunday. Big thank you and great job to the team of Stephanie Krol at SK PR Media and Rebecca Sussman of Bettie Bomb PR, James Feeley and the Grey Goose crew, The Gascon reps and the crew attending to the polo players, horses and guests. Everyone came out to support this event that I am sure will be on our social calendar for next year. CHICAGO BOTANIC GARDEN HARVEST BALL 2011

Guests sipped on Moët champagne

The Guild of the Chicago Botanic Garden held its Thirteenth Annual Harvest Ball recently on the beautiful, early fall grounds of the Chicago Botanic Garden. Over 500 guests attended the black tie garden party, raising $450,000 for the Learning Center, which provides educational programs for teachers and youth from pre-Kindergarten through 12th grade.
Events co-chairs were  Kimberly Burt of Chicago, Peyton Merrill of Winnetka and Riley O’Neil of Chicago
The live auction, held over dinner, featured items such as an intimate cocktail reception for twenty that cames with a $10,000 gift certificate from GRAFF, five-night stay for two at the Four Seasons Resort, Nevis, West Indies; a weekend stay and tickets to the 2012 Kentucky Derby; and a family vacation to A Bar A Ranch in Wyoming.

STAND UP FOR FAMILY CHICAGO SCREENING


Stand Up for Family a comedy special that was conceptualized by American Family Insurance hosted its premiere party here in Chicago. The event was held at the Vertigo rooftop lounge of the Dana Hotel and it was well executed. The purpose of this project, which is in it's second year, is to "present an outlet for clean entertainment the whole family can watch and enjoy" said Michelle Huff whose Huff Ent was in charge of public relations for the project. Bill Bellamy of Last Comic Standing will host the comedy special which features comedians Rodney Perry, Donnell Rawlings, Tony Roberts, and Mark Viera.
 Guests in attendance included: Adrienne Samuel-Gibbs of Ebony Magazine, Bill Bellamy, Darnell Rawlins,Raijean Stroud, Tony Roberts, Rodney Perry, Lil RelChris Crawford and Emilio Ayala of Vital, WEEN co-founder Valeisha Butterfield, Mitzi Miller of Jet Magazine, Art Sims, Dwayne Maddox Regional Media Mgr. for American Family Insurance, Niena Drake, Kiratiana Freelon, Dr. Renee Matthews, Errol Dunlap, Anika Jackson, Jeffrey Beckham, Michael Kolawole,
 Royale Watkins who MC'd the nights' festivities.
DJ Sadie Woods got the crowd warmed up and DJ Commish wrapped up the night.
Sandi Robinson and Matt McCahill of Dana Hotel were also instrumental in making it a successful night!

CHANEL FETES JUSTINE PICARDIE AT SOHO HOUSE

The Soho House in West Hollywodd was the scene of the party by Chanel with Liz Goldwyn for the book by author Justine Picardie. The member's only club welcomed guests such as: Lydia Hearst, Minnie Mortimer and her director husband Stephen Gaghan, Decades Two1 owner Cameron Silver, Marisa Tomei, Artist Thierry Guetta, Gia Coppola.
Karl Lagerfeld designed and illustrated this 2nd edition.
The new book "Coco Chanel: Her Life" covers all aspects of Chanel’s life, from her childhood to her many lovers to her business savvy—and it presents the designer in a more positive light.
Whatever happened to the Soho House that was to open in Chicago? 
A call to the Chanel store on Michigan Avenue in Chicago, a representative by the name of Karen stated she knew nothing about the book and there were no plans to host any events affiiliated with the book. To be honest she seemed like she was bein bothered. More pictures ---->>>

COMMON BOOK LAUNCH PARTY AT Moët Rose Lounge


Following his book signing at Macy's State Street Barbara's bookstore, Moet Rose hosted an after party for Rapper and Author Common. The event took place at Roof at The Wit Hotel. Guests in attendance included: Kelli Zink of CelebTV, Bobby Simmons of the San Antonio Spurs and owner of Succezz store in the South Loop, Kimberly Burt-Dir. of PR for  Moët & Chandon, Andrew Barber of FakeshoreDrive and many more.

APOLLO IN THE HAMPTONS

The 2nd Annual Apollo in the Hamptons was a fundraiser held Aug 20 hosted by Billionaire Philanthropist Ron Perleman at his East Hampton's estate. Guests enjoyed dinner prepared by Chef Marcus Samuelsson and his Red rooster/Aquavit team. (Chef Samuelsson also owns the Chicago restaurant C-House atop the Affinia Hotel). Alicia Keys, Jamie Foxx (who also acted as MC for the evening), Jon Bon Jovi all performed for guests. Proceeds from the event supports the educational programs offered by the esteemed music Theatre. NY was the scene of two fabulous parties last night. The premiere of the new documentary "God Save My Shoes" which looks at the intimate relationship between women and their shoes.
