GAGA'S WORKSHOP PARTY BARNEY'S NEW YORK

Lady Gaga in partnership with Barneys New York and Nicholas Formichetti held a party to fete the opening of Gaga's workshop the vision of this venture came to life with the creative artistry of Eli Sudbrack and Christophe Hamaide Pierson of AssumeVividAstroFocus (AVAF)

DJ White Shadow and DJ Starlight provided beats for the guests in attendance

The workshop will sell everything from jewelry, accessories, cosmetics to vinyl and 20% of proceeds will benefit the Born This Way Foundation

Malaysia Pargo mother of three and wife of Chicago Bulls basketball player Jannero Pargo hosted a launch party Friday night(11.11.11) for her Three Beats Jewelry line in collaboration with Jason of Beverly Hills. Three beats jewelry are custom designed jewelry for children and parents looking to indulge their kids.  The event was hosted at the W City Center Chicago and sponsored by Grey Goose vodka and WAVA Media, portion of proceeds will benefit the Watts Boys & Girls Club.

JENNIFER HUDSON WEIGHT WATCHERS CENTER OPENING

 Chicago Native Jennifer Hudson along with Chicago Mayor Rahm Emmanuel  and Alderman Will Burns held a ribbon cutting ceremony to officially open the new Jennifer Hudson Weight Watchers center in the Kenwood area of Chicago.

The singer and Weight Watchers spokesperson has shed over 70 pounds with the help of their program.

Beyoncé & TINA KNOWLES LAUNCH AT SELFRIDGES

 Beyoncé and her Mother Tina Knowles launched their line House of Dereon at Selfridges in London. Selfridges is a chain of  department stores similar to Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdale's but only found across the pond. The Chicago connection is that H. Gordon Selfridge worked his way up at Marshall Field's and married Rosalie Buckingham-of the Chicago Buckingham. The store original was designed by famed architect Daniel Burnham. The House of Dereon line ranges from everyday wear to couture. Guests in attendance included: Rosario Dawson, Ellie Goulding(who was recently in Chicago for Lollapalooza) Hamish Bowles, Paloma Faith,Fionne Broomfield, Jaime Winstone, Alexandra Burke.

 Saks Fifth Avenue on Michigan Avenue held the launch of their new shoe salon 10022 on the 3rd floor. The party also served as the Chicago launch of the new B by Brian Atwood shoe line. The event, co-hosted by Michigan Avenue Magazine, was excellent! Well planned, well executed and a lot of well heeled guests were in attendance. Neiman Marcus had a runway show but the best part of their party was the More cupcake(Red Velvet is a must!). Chanel had cute but low key event launching their new nail colour-Les Jeans de Chanel- created exclusively for FNO. The 900 SHops along with Chicago Social Magazine, Chicago BlogNet hosted Stylist Brad Goreski and Bloomingdales hosted the Playboy Club. NY was the scene of two fabulous parties last night. The premiere of the new documentary "God Save My Shoes" which looks at the intimate relationship between women and their shoes.

VOGUE Magazine hosted a very intimate preview event of the new Elie Saab parfum(Le Parfum) at the Elysian Hotel Chicago. Le Parfum will be available in stores soon(late July). This is the first collaboration between Elie Saab and Beauty Prestige International, in a line of many more amazing fragrances to come. I can't wait to get my hands on one.

FERRARI FF CHICAGO LAUNCH

Lake Forest Sportscars hosted the launch of the all new 2012 Ferrari FF at Prairie Studios this past Thursday(July 21). The event was planned by Julie Darling and it was very nice. The guests in attendance were LFSC clients and Ferrari enthusiasts. The car itself was pure perfection! I had the opportunity to sit in the passenger seat and the leather luxurious definitely a testament to the craftsmanship of the Ferrari Brand. In attendance was John Conaster(Publisher of Sheridan Road and Forest & Bluff Magazine), Pascal Igbui (Pascal Pour Elle).
